Thank you for writing this ! I am the kind of person who clearly cannot separate the artwork from the artist. For this reason, on my tours, I decide not to talk about Picasso, about Gauguin and some others, explaining why, and most of the time people get it. Now we know all the bad things people did, we just cannot pretend that it's okay because it was in the past or becaue they are still perceived as painting masters or genius or whatever.
